In addition to our two indoor race tracks, the X1 Boston Conference and Exhibition Facility boasts eight separate spaces for your corporate use plus private dining amenities.


For meetings, choose one of two 500 sq. ft. conference rooms or our expansive 1,500 sq. ft. meeting space. All have WiFi and state-of-the-art A/V presentation capabilities. Everything you need for every type of corporate meetings including staff to attend to every detail, from great coffee to sharp pencils to multi-media presentations.


For major corporate presentations, exhibits, product launches or celebrations choose our exhibition and function hall, the Daytona Room. With 5,200 sq. ft, it offers a unique and striking venue for large events and functions. Fully equipped for major

presentations and exhibits, it's ideal for corporate parties, complete catering, custom décor, entertainment, custom clothing, gifts & awards.

Our restaurant, Track 2 lounge and billiards parlor are also available for private dining and smaller events.
